3.3 Account Verification

To ensure security, bj99 may request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document at any time for account verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum amount to deposit at bj99 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits via any method other than these four are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete.

4.3 Payment Policy

  • Deposits may only be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
  • Using a third-party account to make deposits is strictly prohibited.

  • bj99 reserves the right to cancel any transaction suspected of money laundering or fraudulent activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit at bj99, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 25x applies to the bonus. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus. For example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳37,500 in wagers before being able to withdraw the bonus funds.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Only one welcome bonus applies per person, family, home address, or device.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
  • If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
  • bj99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 VIP Program

bj99's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your overall activity on the platform. VIP benefits are subject to bj99's discretion and may be changed without prior notice.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Valid Bets

A bet is considered valid only when it is fully recorded and confirmed. If a bet is not completed due to a network error or technical issue, the funds placed on that bet will be refunded.

7.2 Errors & Technical Faults

If a game result contains a technical error or incorrect display, bj99 reserves the right to void that round or correct the winnings amount.

7.3 Prohibited Activities

  • Placing opposing bets strategically for the purpose of exploiting bonuses.
  • Placing bets using any bot, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Any form of fraud, data manipulation, or collusive betting.
  • Participating in fraudulent activity in coordination with other users.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be immediately cancelled.

8 Responsible Gaming
